Geoffrey Greenhouse is a Solicitor who has been in practice for over 40 years. Together with Michael Stirton he founded Greenhouse Stirton & Co. in 1977 and has specialised since that time in private client work.

He has for many years acted as a Deputy and advised family and carers where there has been a loss of mental capacity and it has been necessary to seek the assistance of the Court of Protection.

Geoffrey is on the panel of mediators for the Centre for Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and regularly mediates probate and trust disputes.

Geoffrey served for many years as a local councillor, a governor of Middlesex University and numerous primary and secondary state schools.

Pro Bono

  • Geoffrey has given talks and lectures to charities dealing with mental incapacity issues and regularly assists in giving advice to organisations and their Clients on a pro bono basis where a mental incapacity issue has arisen.

  • On a number of occasions Geoffrey has acted as a Deputy on a pro bono basis at the request of the Court of Protection.
